Slalom performance

SLALOM PERFORMANCE

This course is meant for paddler’s with already some white-water experience. During this week all the paddlestrokes are reviewed, and placed in "slalomcontence".

The precision of movement which you are learning here, will help later on in other diciplines of kayak, like Rodeo. The exercising on the slalom-runs of Argentiere, St.Clement and Briancon will be alternated with some runs on technical parts of the Guil and Ubaye .
